Lap ten – Tom Baumgarner (Spokane) and Dirk Jansema crashed into the wall. Lap 20 – Bill Lawrence spun into Marty White. Lawrence lost a wheel.

4 – Doc Dockendorff
5 – Andie Fentie
6 – George Irwin

Lap 15 – Dave Angus, Andie Fentie, Brian Devers, Bob Nairne all crash. Later Al Tourond hit Hemrich and pushed into Jack Cross. Cross went off track but came back on broadsiding Hemrich.
