I noted that race promoter Charlie Curryer had a birthday recently. He is long gone but people seem to note these things anyway. So shortly after his death they held a memorial race in his name. On Memorial Day, 1960, at Vacaville Speedway. The results, sad as they are, follow. From the May 31, 1960 Oakland Tribune.
