Bobby Rowe got the midgets introduced in the northwest. He helped get Jantzen Speedway built in the Portland area and the touring little cars went up to Vancouver, BC (Con Jones Park) and east to Lewiston, Idaho, amongst other locations.

Bobby Rowe
Bobby Rowe was a hockey player and a coach. He played on the Stanley Cup winning Seattle Metropolitans and coached the Portland Buckaroos.
When not playing he promoted some races from the 1920s through to just after the Second World War.
