motorcycle beach race, 1959 White Rock

Once in a while something new is mentioned and I can find some info on it.

I was asked if I knew anything about a motorcycle beach race at White Rock in 1959 and 1960.

I didn't. But I've managed to get a little info on the 1959 race.
