Now here's one find I wasn't looking for and am glad I found: Penny Wise (was that her real name) writing a story in 1971 about her trip to Memphis, at her editor's request, to interview Elvis. And damned if I didn't find the 1956 front page stories she did from that trip.

Awesome stuff, I just found this on the Sun archives pages while looking for a 1974 Elvis concert that was televised once and ONCE only...in 1974, and I'm just trying to show the non believers, so I'm really hoping that SOMETHING shows up because I DID see it!!!!! P.S.-Would it be alright for me to share this Elvis date with others??? Thank's a lot for posting this in full resolution!!!!!!!
